Customer Service Apprenticeships: Intermediate and Advanced

You’ll learn how to: answer customer enquiries, sell goods and services, solve problems, handle customer promotions and events, deal with complaints and improve communications.

Learn Direct will help you put together the right mix of modules to fit the job you’re doing/want to do and the way you want to develop your career.

How will I learn?

Learn Direct Customer Service Apprenticeships are work-based. If you don’t have a job yet Learn Direct can help you find an employer to complete your apprenticeship with. An apprenticeship is also a great option if you’re already in employment and looking to improve your prospects. Apprenticeships are available to anyone aged 16 and over. All your learning will be done on the job. Your trainer assessor will support you throughout by visiting you regularly at work.

How long will it take?

A Customer Service Apprenticeship at either level takes 12 to 24 months.
