This course looks at the many basic functions of using a computer including job searching through the internet. You will learn about: emailing and web searching, downloading and attaching documents and saving documents. 

How will I learn?

You will need to enrol for your qualification through a Learn Direct centre – this means that you will receive face-to-face support from friendly staff.

How long will it take me?

The Introduction to ICT will take around two days.
